Your Personal Play Date reservation is for a group of up to 10 people and lasts for two hours. Check-in starts 15 minutes prior to your play date start time.  Your visit cannot be extended due to late arrival.

Health Policy
To ensure the safety of our visitors and staff, Hands On Children’s Museum requires that anyone entering the facility be free of the following symptoms that are related to the COVID-19 virus including fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and diarrhea. By reserving tickets, you confirm that all members of your group are not currently experiencing these symptoms and that you will reschedule your visit should any symptoms present themselves before entry. Refunds will be provided as described in our cancellation policy. 

Visitor Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a healthy and safe environment at the Hands On Children’s Museum. When visiting, you and all members of your group agree to follow our Code of Conduct. 

  • Wear a face covering as mandated by the WA Secretary of Health that covers your nose and mouth throughout your visit both indoors and outside.
  • Face coverings are required for all visitors ages 5 and up and are strongly encouraged for children ages 2-4.
  • Medically exempt visitors must wear a face shield or may request alternative services.
  • Maintain proper social distancing (6-feet) from others not in your group.
  • Following directional signage.
  • Wash hands and use hand sanitizer or wipes before and as needed during visit.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is a very contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and visitors with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By reserving tickets you acknowledge that you understand and voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 for all members of your group.
